What We Do
Cultivate Media is a video production company dedicated to Australia’s farming, environment and fishing sectors. We want to help you share your stories and information in a positive and accessible manner for your audience. We craft educational and informative videos that are beautiful to watch, and make the production process enjoyable for our clients.
We deliver a full service from professional scripting to filming, editing, graphics and post production. With our experience in agriculture, the environment, fisheries and working with First Nation groups, we provide an authentic storytelling experience.
Video is both visual and auditory, making it far more evocative and memorable than any other medium. We support our clients to take words from the page and turn them into video stories that are engaging, informative and impactful.
TAILORED SOLUTIONS
Pre-production
By getting the detail right in pre-production, it gives a video the best opportunity to realise its potential. This phase includes researching, deciding on production style, writing a script, organising locations and scheduling.
Production
The production phase is where all footage is filmed, voice overs, presenters and music are recorded. Depending on the project, Cultivate will have soundtracks written and performed by professional musicians specifically for each project.
Post-production
Post-production is the phase where all the material comes together. This phase involves editing, motion graphics, animation, sound mixing and mastering.
Client feedback
Every project is unique and client feedback is critical to ensuring our next project with you is even better.
OUR VISION
To craft beautiful videos that inspire, inform and entertain.
CASE STUDY
Wings of the World
'Wings of the World' is a six minute video produced for Odonata Foundation. This is a story about the Esperance Tjaltjraak Aboriginal Corporation and how they are taking the next step in land management and conducting their own environmental science research.
In particular, this video features research on a species of seabird. The research is conducted by Dr. Jenn Lavers, who works for Tjaltjraak and is supported by First Nations rangers.
